ConverterPoint Terms of Service
Last updated: April 11, 2026
Using ConverterPoint
ConverterPoint lets you connect your Google account and publish 360° photo spheres directly to Google Street View. Using the site means you're okay with what's written here. If something doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 to use ConverterPoint. If you're using it on behalf of someone else or an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Signing in with Google
ConverterPoint uses Google Sign-In to authenticate you. When you connect your account, we only request the permissions needed to upload Street View imagery on your behalf — nothing more. We never see or store your Google password.
Your photos
Everything you upload is yours. We don't claim ownership of your images. That said, to actually do the job of uploading them to Street View, we need to be able to read and transmit them — so by uploading, you're giving us permission to do exactly that. If you've enabled any optional storage features, that permission extends to holding a copy of your content for as long as that feature is active.
Please only upload photos you actually took or have permission to share. Don't upload anything illegal, private without consent, or that could harm someone.
What we ask you not to do
Nothing complicated — just don't misuse the service. That means:
- Don't upload content that's illegal, hateful, or violates someone else's rights.
- Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Don't scrape the site or run bots against it.
- Don't use ConverterPoint for anything it obviously wasn't built for.
Our stuff
ConverterPoint — the name, the site, the software — belongs to us. Please don't copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute it.
Privacy
Take a look at our Privacy Policy to understand what data we handle and how.
Availability
We do our best to keep things running, but we can't promise uptime or that every upload to Street View will succeed — Google's API is outside our control. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of any kind.
Liability
ConverterPoint isn't liable for any losses or damages that result from using (or not being able to use) the service. That includes things like failed uploads, lost data, or downtime.
Stopping use / account access
You can stop using ConverterPoint at any time. We can also restrict or remove your access if you're misusing the service.
Updates to these terms
We'll update this page if these terms change. The date at the top always reflects when they were last revised. Carrying on using ConverterPoint after an update means you accept the new terms.
